A conference built by the creative and for the creative, Adobe MAX seeks to inspire and teach you a new way to work, imagine and create. Lindsay Adler

Long time CreativeLive instructor and fashion photographer, Lindsay Adler has risen to the top of her industry as both a photographer and educator. Based in New York City, her fashion editorials have appeared in numerous fashion and photography publications including Marie Claire, Elle, InStyle, Rangefinder, Professional Photographer and dozens more. As a photographic educator, she is one of the most sought-after speakers internationally, teaching on the industry’s largest platforms and most prestigious events. A Canon Explorer of Light, her work is marked by a clean, bold and graphic style. Lindsay is renowned for her creativity and collaborating with designers and stylists in order to create fresh looks. An author of four books, she is always working on new ways to share her passions and knowledge with others. Each year she teaches to tens of thousands of photographers world-wide through prestigious events such as CreativeLive’s very own Photo Week 2016.

Debbie Millman

Named “one of the most influential designers working today” by Graphic Design USA, Debbie Millman is also an author, educator, brand strategist and host of the podcast Design Matters. As the founder and host of Design Matters, the first and longest running podcast about design, Millman has interviewed more than 250 design luminaries and cultural commentators, including Massimo Vignelli, Milton Glaser, Malcolm Gladwell, Dan Pink, Barbara Kruger, Seth Godin and more. In the 11 years since its inception, the show has garnered over a million download per year, a Cooper Hewitt National Design Award and—most recently—iTunes designated it one of the best podcasts of 2015.

Chris Burkard

Chris Burkard is a thirty-year-old travel, landscape, and adventure photographer who makes his home on California’s Central Coast. But if you are one of the more than 1.7 million who follow Chris on social media, you’d be excused for thinking that he was permanently on the road. Chris’ work has been published in National Geographic, The New Yorker, GQ, Men’s Journal, Vogue, Conde Nast Traveler, and Surfer Magazine, where he is a staff photographer. Chris has also published or contributed to several books: The California Surf Project (2006); Plight of the Torpedo People (2012); Russia: The Outpost Vol. I (2013); Distant Shores (2013); and, most recently, High Tide: A Surf Odyssey (2015). Last year Chris was honored to speak at TED in Vancouver. The title of his talk: “The Joy of Surfing in Ice-Cold Water.”
