AIGA and CreativeLive Continue Education Partnership for Fall

AIGA, the professional association for design, announces the continuation of their partnership with CreativeLive, the world’s leading creative education platform, to offer free access to the online course “A Brand Called You,” with Debbie Millman. The offer will be available to all AIGA members for the month of September 2017.

A Brand Called You” is a video online class where participants will learn what it takes to interview well, how to communicate flawlessly, how to articulate their purpose in the face of frequent rejection. Debbie Millman, author, educator, design strategist, and host of the podcast Design Matters, has been named one of the most influential design minds of our time. In this class, she teaches students how to create a meaningful philosophy and thoughtful approach to selling themselves and their work.

We are always looking for new ways to aid our members with educational and career development opportunities. That’s why this partnership with CreativeLive is so exciting,” says Julie Anixter, AIGA executive director. “The program is squarely in keeping with AIGA’s mission to play a central role in the career path of designers today.”

CreativeLive offers tools to take designers’ careers to the next level—whether they’re looking to acquire more customers for a new business, sign on higher paying clients, or learn a new skill. CreativeLive connects participants with the world’s most inspiring visionaries to help further their professional development.
